This Honey Butter is made with 3 simple ingredients and whipped until fluffy! No sugar added! This is a delicious addition to any breakfasts and baked goods.

This sweet topping is perfect on blueberry muffins, fluffy pancakes or sweet potatoes!

If you ever feel like your pancakes are missing something and simple maple syrup drizzle doesn’t cut it anymore, or maybe the freshly baked muffins could use some jazzing up, this Honey Butter is the answer! • butter: use unsalted
  • honey: I used clover honey
  • vanilla extract: use good quality
