There’s a lot happening in the Columbus restaurant world; here’s the latest for this week:
- Commonhouse Ales announced this week that it has ceased operations. The city’s first B Corp brewery, Commonhouse Ales was owned by Lenny Kolada, owner of Smokehouse Brewing. The brewery’s purpose was to raise funds for local non-profits. A few of its beers are still available at Smokehouse.
- Basil Thai announced that it will take over the old Blunch space at 2973 N. High St. in Clintonville, making it their fourth location in the city
- The carryout/delivery fried chicken shop Fried Chicka Bang opened its second location this week, out of the Sunny Street Cafe in the Arena District. It joins one operating out of the Sunny Street Cafe in Polaris.
