There’s a lot happening in the Columbus restaurant world; here’s the latest for this week:
- Boxwood Biscuit Co., a creation of chef Tyler Minnis from The Market IV and Luke and Annie Williams Pierce from Lawbird, announced it will make a brick-and-mortar home at 19 W. Russell. St. in the Short North. To help fund their new home, they’ve launched an IndieGoGo campaign.
- Momo Ghar’s first stand-alone restaurant, located at 2800 Festival Ln. in Dublin, soft opened yesterday. Owners Phuntso and Pramod Lama shared that they have permanently closed their original location inside Saraga International Grocery on Morse Road, although their North Market location remains open.
- Happy Little Treats vegan bakery will soft open in its new space at 1203 N. High St. Feb. 5-7, with a grand opening scheduled for Feb. 11-14.
