Places like the Spice & Tea Exchange help supplement and enhance your home-cooking with spices and specialty blends, AND… they let you bring in your own containers to fill with tea, sugars, salts, spices, and other mixes. Beth has been diligently organizing our spice cabinet, in order to better use ingredients, and having places like this that let you refill existing containers helps minimize our waste.
